We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven  Merchandise Manager  to join our team in this rich agricultural region of Skipton.  About the role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee sales and inventory of a range of products and services, including ag chem, fertiliser and a range of other agricultural merchandise products.  You will work closely with a number of stakeholders such as agronomists and sales teams to provide support with stocktakes, retail operations improvements, technical information and mentoring to encourage improved performance as well as other ad hoc tasks. You will have input to branch budgets and P&L as well as negotiations with suppliers to develop pricing strategies, oversee stock levels and marketing initiatives with the aim of maintaining the businesses competitive position for all lines. Analysis of market trends, climatic and seasonable considerations are needed to ensure Nutrien Ag Solutions is first choice for rural customers in the region.
