Job Description : We are currently seeking a friendly Talent & Culture professional to join our team on a fixed-term parental leave contract. In this role you will:

  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and supervisors on talent recruitment, remuneration, influencing positive change, WHS, training and development.
  • Role model and facilitate positive workforce culture.
  • Have the skill and the will to manage highly administrative processes for the department.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate records for each team member.
  • Enjoy and be confident at managing projects from conception to delivery.
  • Work with Portfolio Hub Team to identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes across 4 hotels.

Qualifications : Important qualities about the person going into the role!

  • Study or experience in HR
  • Experience in hotel or service industry, with a background in HR highly regarded
  • Fun and friendly, with warm interpersonal communication skills
  • Happy to problem solve and adapt to the needs of the day
  • The desire and ability to relate to all team members
  • Demonstrated understanding of reading and interpreting Awards
