Your Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced Company Secretary to support to our Board, CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role will suit an individual with ASX listed company experience who thrives in an environment where they are the driver of excellence in corporate governance strategy and practice. Key accountabilities include: Advising the Board and its Committees on governance matters along with close collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, including drafting Board papers in relation to corporate governance issues. All Company Secretary responsibilities, including ASX announcements and ASIC filing and coordinating the timely completion and despatch of Board and Committee papers and ensuring accurate Board and Committee minutes. Regular and concise reporting to the CEO and Board, including ASX compliance and Quarterly / Annual reporting. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to implement timely corporate compliance requirements and key corporate governance dates, including the production of the Company’s Annual Report and the Annual General Meeting of shareholders Ensuring compliance with IGO standards, policies and procedures, legislation and any relevant regulations. Your Experience Along with a professional demeanour, positive attitude and willingness to support the Board and Executive Leadership Team, you pride yourself on your outstanding communication skills and ability to work to deadlines with high attention to detail.
