Max Term Opportunity The opportunity to join our team Our Engagement Consultants are here to identify and implement opportunities for our clients and empower them to feel confident in making decisions about their superannuation. This is a phone-based role, but it is not a typical “call centre” environment. You will be supported by a relaxed manager and enjoy working in a team that offers flexibility and fun Fridays, whilst delivering valuable engagement campaigns to our clients. This position offers a clear career path into financial coaching. What you will bring Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills Solid planning and organisation skills Excellent customer service skills Understanding of finance and willingness to learn Ability to work within a frequently changing legislative environment Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative team environment Strong attention to detail Ability to think outside the square and solve problems Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce or Business (desirable) RG146 or working towards this is highly regarded Make your move.
