These loan sets, with several equipment pieces, are assembled, and inspected by our team, before heading out of our warehouse to the surgeon’s operating theatre. How You'll Create ImpactReporting to the Customer Support Specialist, the Assistant Loan Set Representative will:Receive & confirm customer bookingsPicking, packing and building medical kits for customer ordersDispatching & receiving medical kits for customer orders Replenishing & tracking medical kit inventory on computer softwareProcessing orders & invoicing What Makes You Stand OutPrevious experience in Medical Devices Loan Sets/ Sterilisation Techniques or Hospitality highly regarded but not essential SAP, RF Scanning/Barcoding experience will be advantageousProcess-driven, ability to problem solve, with high attention to detailTeam player with excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skillsAvailable to do overtime and weekends during busy periodApplicants MUST be eligible to live and work in Australia.
