Permanent/Continuing, full-time appointment Level B: $109,321 - $126,251 + 17% Superannuation Level C: $132,789 - $149,762 + 17% Superannuation Position will be offered at Level B or C depending on experience level The School of Health and Society (HAS) sits within the Faculty of the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities (ASSH). HAS includes adynamic, interdisciplinary community of health and social science scholars of national and international standing, with a goal to change society for the better. We work inclusively with communities, policy-makers, practitioners, industries, key stakeholders and publics to explore how practices, policies and structures contribute to cycles of poor health, social disadvantage and injustice. HAS is seeking an enthusiastic staff member to support teaching, research and community engagement in the Discipline of Social Work.The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Social Work requires relevant teaching experience as the teaching responsibilities for this position include coordinating various subjects across our undergraduate and postgraduate programs, using scholarly and evidence-based pedagogy.HAS has a vibrant research community that supports research and collaboration across diverse areas of social work. The Lecturer, Social Work will have a nationally or internationally recognized program of research and be willing to participate in Discipline, School and Faculty activities.You will be prompted to respond to a selection criteria questionnaire as part of the application process, please only respond to the criteria for the level you are applying for.
