- We’ll allocate you a client base with a mixture of client groups that are interesting and diverse
- You will anticipate and ensure that client needs are attended to quickly with up-to-date and accurate advice, you know how to make a client feel the love!
- You enjoy having a lot to do and gain energy from being busy, but without compromising accuracy. We also understand you have a life outside of work
- You will lead and mentor a team of exceptional accountants that are effective and consistent in delivering great results - they are also great people!
- You are happy to work collaboratively with our entire team to deliver on our business deadlines and team goals
- You’ll get involved in Advisory projects across the Business, Strategic and Tax services, and drive innovation in Business Services methodologies
- You need to be CA or CPA qualified, have experience working for a Chartered Accounting firm and have Advanced Excel skills, plus be more than dangerous with PowerPoint, Word and of course, Xero
- You will have great leadership and interpersonal skills, and an ability to foster fantastic client and team relationships
