Role to be filled : Sloanebuilt is seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide a wide range of services related to human resources including HR planning and budgeting, policies development, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HR project roll-outs, WHS, training, and development.
You will be part of the senior management team and collaborate with managers, supervisors, and staff at all levels across the organisation.
Requirements : To be eligible for this role, applicants must:
- Be willing to work a 38-hour week
- Relevant degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a human resources.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, grievances management and best practices.
- Strong accountability mindset, independent, well-organised, and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience supporting and participating in the implementation of human resources projects and initiatives.
- Hands-on and can-do attitude, strong drive for results, sense of urgency as well as flexibility.
Remuneration
Salary of $90,000 - $120,000 + Super per year dependent on skills & experience.
Remuneration can be negotiated with the successful applicant at the interview stage.
Salary : $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
