About The Role We have several roles available on a casual basis for production workers in Tatura. Our Tatura site is an icon in the region, well known worldwide for its quality dairy products. As the country’s largest producer of cream cheese, it also produces infant formula, nutritional lactoferrin, various milk powders, and our famous single-serve butter. The incumbent must be adaptable and willing to work 8 or 12-hour shifts across days and nights and have the flexibility to support 24/7 Factory Operation (i.e. weekends, public holidays, etc) Responsibilities Operating production machines and performing changeover processes. Working effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime Reporting safety incidents and maintenance requirements Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures About you Previous dairy /food manufacturing experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn A current forklift licence, within a minimum of 12 months of experience (Essential).
