Job Title: Automotive Warranty Claims Administrator Location: Remote (1 Day per Week in Office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing warranty claims efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and a keen eye for detail. While prior experience as a car mechanic or a mechanically minded background is highly desirable, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Enter data into the system with precision, maintaining high levels of accuracy. Communicate with clients and service providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to claims. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely claim resolutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and product specifications. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A background in automotive repair, or a mechanically minded individual is highly desirable. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
