The Role Reporting to the Branch Support Manager we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to join the TechEnergy Team, in Dandenong South focusing Automation & Security. You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded.

Duties include : Answer part code, price and availability enquiries Process quotation and transfer requests Provide basic technical support Inventory Control and Purchasing Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products Pick, Pack and delivery of orders to customers Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies. Contribute to continuous improvement

Required skills and attributes : Experience in Automation & Security products Competent PC skills Professional personal presentation Highly motivated customer service Has experience and understanding working in warehouse environment Willing to learn new skills

A willingness to learn, confidence, and desire to develop your skills and knowledge is desirable. You will need to be able to perform manual handling tasks and be available to work some overtime. Forklift licence is preferred but not essential
