We aim to become the leading provider of person-centered psychotherapy services and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families.   About the role: We are currently looking for experienced, committed, and compassionate disability support workers to provide services in our newly established SDA/SIL accommodation in  Cranbourne, Victoria. Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar Experience working in the respite setting. Demonstrated experience supporting challenging behaviours (highly valued) Willingness to support clients with personal care including showering, manual handling, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance. Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar Must be available to work 15+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including  sleepover  shifts.    Mandatory Requirement - Valid Victorian Driver’s License  NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR Manual Handling certificate  Medication Administration certificate Victorian Working with Children’s Check National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months) If the answer to all the above is  ‘yes’  then  apply  for this opportunity.
