Events and Marketing Lead Full-time, permanent role based in Carlton VIC Hybrid work arrangements available in brand new offices! What You Will Do: The Events and Marketing Lead presents a unique opportunity for an events professional wanting to explore their 'next step' in their career. This is a meaningful role with primary responsibility to strategically plan and oversee the coordination and administration of programs, events and activities. This role will provide face to face and online event advice as well as support and lead key stakeholders across the organisation on event best practice.You will also be responsible for devising creative marketing strategies which will support in increasing awareness of events and in turn enhance the impact of the organisation's programs. This role will suit and events enthusiast with proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder management. You will thrive under pressure, demonstrate strong initiative and have a creative approach to support with new event and marketing ideas. Responsibilities: Event Leadership: Develop a annual Master Events Plan and provide strategic event advice to all areas across the organisation on the most appropriate approach to events including locations, marketing of events, and oversee the management of the event. Leadership: Manage a small events and marketing team to bring strategy and innovations to life. Strategic Marketing: Lead the development of innovative marketing strategies to support their strategic priorities, collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing needs effectively. Brand Promotion: Advise and support the effective positioning of their brand, ensuring consistent representation across all events. Campaign Excellence: Drive the development and execution of impactful event campaigns that promote their services and support, targeting diverse audiences. Administration & Reporting: Develop and maintain event policies, procedures, and documentation while reporting on event activities and impact. Your Skills & Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, events, business or equivalent experience. Proven event management experience. Strong leadership capabilities and a proven skills to lead others. Experience in marketing and brand strategy, event planning, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in project coordination, database management, analytics, and reporting. Proactive and can take initiative without direction. Agile and ability to change tact at any given time. Strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud administration. Valid Driver's License. A passion to work for a health charity. Application: Apply now!
