They are a NADCAP accredited company providing heat treatment services, vacuum brazing, and project management. We are currently seeking a Fitter Assistant to join the dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of equipment to the highest standards to meet safety, quality, and reliability objectives. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work directly with senior staff in a leading company located South of Brisbane. Position Essentials: • Mechanical fitter qualifications consisting of either; Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma. • Test and Tag licence is an advantage. • Proficient use in Stick, TIG and Mig welding. • Proficient understanding of conveyors, motors & pumps. • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. • Regular inspection of the equipment and conduct critical fault-finding.
