We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our Trade Centre in Warrnambool VIC on a permanent fulltime basis. This fast-paced and hands-on role will see you:Develop strong working relationships with depot/agenciesEnsure high levels of customer service are maintainedCash handling / EFTPOSAccurately mix and tint paintAssist in maintaining stock levelsComply with safety standardsSkills & Experience You are confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times. In addition, you will:Possess an interest in our productsRetail/Trade sales and management experience would be desirable but not essentialPaint product and application/ hardware experience will be highly regarded but not essential.Have the ability to communicate clearly with customersEnjoy building relationships with customers and colleaguesWhy DuluxGroup?
