FGJV offers an employee benefits programme, including: · Competitive Salary · Retention Bonus Scheme · Paid Parental Leave · Qantas Club Membership Discount · Professional Development Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the Internal Progress Analyst is to support project teams to accurately monitor the physical progress of the works performed, progress data analysis for effective monitoring, control and reporting of works against key performance indexes of the project. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or similar Tertiary Qualification related to the development of infrastructure projects. White Card Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role Experience working on large scale construction projects or other similar project works is preferred Required Competencies: Basic knowledge of Autodesk Autocad High proficiency in Oracle P6 software Strong collaborative skills Highly effective problem-solving ability Well-developed time management skills Sound organisational skills Ability to adhere to deadlines and targets whilst also prioritising tasks Exceptional attention to detail Ability to anticipate problems Strong collaborative skills Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking skills A sound understanding of safety protocols Ability to focus under pressure Sound knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Monitor detailed programmes in P6 and other software. Ensure accurate and timely progress of works at site is uploaded in FGJV systems. Collaborate in the continual development and update of internal and contractual programmes in P6 including dates, progress, resources. Monitoring of physical quantities and resources against planned. Quantities and resource forecasting based on programme duration and dates. Prepare Progress reports such as daily production reports / Weekly Dashboards reports. Provide support to reporting team by updating the required documents when requested. Perform coordination activities required for planning, works follow up and monitoring, and reporting. Adhere to FGJV values, vision and mission. Comply with Future Generation Joint Venture policies and procedures as amended from time to time.
