With a commitment to inclusivity and innovation, I am seeking an Indigenous identified individual to join the team in the role of Program Lead for Indigenous Access. Role As the Program Lead for Indigenous Access, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the delivery of services to Indigenous peoples. Reporting to the Program Manager Resilient Communities, you will provide strategic direction and leadership across our Indigenous Access program areas within the Client Services portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support for teams. Building and maintaining operational relationships with stakeholders and community members. Developing and delivering advocacy positioning and business cases. Supporting program planning and implementation. Promoting access and equity for Indigenous communities. Overseeing service delivery, client experience, and program development. Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Criteria Bachelor of Health Sciences or Bachelor in Community Health, or relevant tertiary education. Current Victorian Driver’s license. Understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Experience in leadership and team development. Knowledge of best practice in assessment, care planning, and service delivery. Program development, implementation, and evaluation experience. Budget management and risk identification skills.
