Responsibilit - Assist centre staff in d - y routines, ensuring the smooth operation of the childcare environment. - Provide childr a safe, s - re, and welcoming atmosphere, aintaining a nurtur - environment. - Lea nd facilitate group acti ties with children, fostering their social and educational development. - Document and interpret children's behaviour, educational progress, and social skills in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). - Contribute actively to the development and implementation of educational programs. - Supervise children to ensure they are in a safe and stimulating educational environment. Key Qualifications: - Hold a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care. - Proven experience working with children aged 0 to 6 years old. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the early childhood education industry. - Ability to work with mínimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of initiative. - Enthusiasm and commitment to the early childhood sector. - Positive, friendly, and "can-do" attitude.
