The Opportunity Due to an increase in occupancy, we have a number of opportunities available for Personal Care Workers to join our team at ourTweed Heads Facility, nestled in the hills of Bilambil Heights. Working closely with and supported by the clinical, lifestyle and hospitality teams, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner which enables residents to make choices and have control over their support needs. What is essential however is that you have relevant qualifications, are resident centric, and have the ability to “think on your feet”, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition, you will also offer; Relevant Cert III OR have completed 1st year nursing studies. You will have innate empathy for our residents and be committed to continually improving the quality of care and the social environment provided to them.
