Job Description Are you passionate about supporting Pacific Labour Mobility (PALM) candidates? Join our team as a Pacific Labour Welfare Officer in Shepparton, VIC. This Casual position offers working 30 hours per week. Commencing as soon as possible, this role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of PALM candidates. As a Pacific Labour Welfare Officer, your responsibilities will include: Assisting PALM candidates with navigating Australian culture and social welfare systems Supporting candidates in achieving their financial goals and objectives Providing guidance and answering questions related to employment and living arrangements. Responding to summons to assist PALM candidates in various locations. Working closely with the PALM team to ensure candidates receive adequate support and assistance. Your Skills & Experience: To excel in this role, you'll need: Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities. Experience in basic Microsoft Excel and other office software. Previous experience in social welfare or community support roles (desirable).
