As a Head Chef, you'll lead our kitchen team and play a pivotal role in shaping our culinary offerings. I am seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and drive culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Develop and execute seasonal menus Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Oversee inventory management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth and guest satisfaction. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Financial reporting Training and coaching Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong culinary skills and a creative approach to menu development. Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams. Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding organisational and time-management skills. A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
