Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Personal Care Assistance (Low & High Care)
• Can be trained if no previous experience
• Community Access (Transport Assistance, Recreational Activities, Social Support Outings, Shopping Assistance)
• In-Home Social Activities
• Supporting your clients in progressing towards their goals
• Light domestic assistance
• Will be living in the local area and surrounding
• Have honest love of people with a person-centred nature.
• A genuine desire to support people to live the life they want to, in their own home.
• Respect for the rights, dignity and ability of others.

Essential (must have)

• Drivers License & own reliable vehicle (must have)
• National Police Check (less than 3 years old)
• First Aid Certification
• Smartphone with internet access
• Ability to commit to ongoing client schedules and willingness to work flexible hours (mornings and/or nights)
• Ability to work independently in a one-to-one environment
• Experience in Personal Care Assistance (Male or Female)

Desirable (highly regarded)

• Certificate III or higher in Age Care / Individual Support (Desirable but not essential)

Salary : $33- $55 per hour - depending on the day
