The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader with exceptional leadership skills and experience in the medical industry to join the team at our Qscan Maroochydore Clinic . This is a fulltime permanent position.

On a day to day you will :

  • Be responsible for the daily management and supervision of our customer service/clerical team (including rostering)
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the effective operation of customer service systems and processes
  • Be the point of escalation for the team in relation to customer service enquiries, feedback or complaints
  • Participate in general management duties including performance management/disciplinary concerns, identifying training/development, and assisting with recruitment activities

About You

Alongside your experience in radiology (or similar field) and management, you have a strong understanding of customer service practices and are an organisational whizz. You will also have:

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to practice professionalism and manage confidentiality with patients and staff
  • A strong desire to gain experience in a leadership position
  • The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure
