Hardship and Collections Consultant – Contractor Support Customers in moments that matter. How will I help? As a consultant your role will entail: · Assisting our customers who are going through financial distress. · Engage with customers proactively and empathetically through outbound and inbound calls. · Provide guidance and support to our customers. · Provide the best solutions to help bring our customers back to financial well-being. What do I need? To excel in this role, the following experience is required: · Strong communication skills. · Self-motivated and accountable. · Balanced decision-making. · Call Centre inbound and outbound calls or equivalent experience (desirable) · Interpersonal and collaborative skills · Strong negotiation skills · Adherence to regulations What is it like to work there?
