Our Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Planning Lead to join our team in Garden Island, Sydney. Leading a team of Maintenance Planning staff, you will manage and monitor the development of production/repair plans in accordance with regional demand, from internal order validation to delivery through collaboration of the entire industry. You will also consolidate the industrial response to the demand expressed by internal customers, in compliance with time, cost, quality and inventory objectives that have been set. As a Maintenance Planning Lead, you'll be instrumental in: Leading the development of production/repair plans in line with regional demands. Ensuring the alignment of supply and demand plans. Overseeing production planning for finished products and repairs. Assisting in S&OP processes and supply chain improvements. Managing the performance indicators and planning strategies. Implementing just-in-time operations and LEAN methodologies. Developing team skills and managing continuous improvement processes. How about you? Expertise in Industrial Information Systems including CMMS and ERP. At least five years of industrial and technical experience. Proficiency in maintenance and supply chain management. Leadership skills with a focus on team development and empowerment.
