Beautifully renovated waterfront venue in PRIME location $115K + Super with opportunity to increase upon with tenure Large Group but very autonomous role - reporting to head office in Sydney The Role: This role offers 100% accountability and autonomous decision making. You will answer to your P & L and achievable budgets, therefore we are looking for experience, passion and confident general manager with like experience who is ready for their next meaty role. You will be hands on, be driven by your staff's development and the smiles on your happy customers. You know what sells, you know how to execute it and you JUST GET IT . This is not a Monday to Friday role, nor is it office based. We are looking for someone to care for the venue as though it is their own. What we Seek Includes: Previous experience as a General Manager in a high volume, food, beverage and gaming large format venue Understanding of gaming operations, reporting and customer service for gaming patrons Knowledge of all pub operations including F&B, compliance and dealing with authorities is necessary.
