We are excited to announce that we have a newly created Care Manager (Grade 5 RN) role at our rural property, Homestead Estate Home located in Wallington, Geelong .  Situated in rural Wallington on the Bellarine Peninsula , Homestead Estate is set in an idyllic rural location with views to the surrounding countryside.   With 190 beds , Homestead Estate has recently completed an extensive renovation to introduce a unique range of services and facilities. You will thrive being on the floor with a high performing team in this hands-on role to provide our residents with exceptional care while maintaining positive relationships that contribute to a safe and caring environment.
