Your key responsibilities: Leadership Programs: Support leadership development initiatives to nurture the growth of our leaders. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes that drive excellence and growth. You will have: A degree in an area of HRM or relevant discipline, with substantial experience in HR partnering, In-depth understanding of legislative and industrial framework, Experience in advising on complex employee relations matters, organisational change programs and other human resource issues; and, Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving mindset.
