About the role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our Home Care team, primarily to be based at Immanuel Gardens. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering all in-home and centre-based services as funded through Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home Care Packages and various other funding sources, as appropriate within the local community, ensuring a positive outcome for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team
Monitoring and reviewing the delivery of services to meet our clients' individual needs
Undertaking regular risk assessments with a continuous improvement approach
Seeking regular feedback from clients on service provision
Promoting and representing the organisation to a range of external stakeholders
Managing organisational efficiencies, including scheduling, utilisation and productivity
P&L responsibilities for the three sites
Quality and compliance relevant to the ACQSS
