We operate 10 lodges in some of the most remote, inaccessible and beautiful locations. The Role We are currently seeking experienced Assistant Lodge Managers for our iconic lodges based in remote Northern Territory; Seven Spirit Bay and Arneham Land Barramundi Lodge. Both roles are very hands-on supporting the Lodge Manager in the the day-to-day operations of the property including leading and managing staff, guest activities, infrastructure, rosters, logistics and administration. Specifically, you will be responsible for supporting the Lodge Manager in driving your team to provide an unforgettable experience to our guests. The role will also involve, but is not limited to: Actively working towards meeting the Net Promoter Scores (NPS) Ensure the team is delivering impeccable guest-facing experience Support and lead the team to deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience to our guests Ensuring budgets are met and cost-controlled across the lodge Support and lead the team in providing immaculate and high standard of guest accommodation Drive a culture of safety, ensuring all incidents and hazards are reported and investigated in a timely manner Complete all administrative tasks as required by the operations team Take an active role in inductions, and staff training Other management tasks required for the successful running of the lodge This is your opportunity to guide and assist in the leadership of a fantastic team, experience new and exciting adventures and create lasting memories for our guests, staff, and yourself.
