About the opportunity You'll play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residents rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces. Your responsibilities include ensuring a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to infection control protocols, and supporting the overall comfort and well-being of residents, and employees. What you’ll bring You’re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community. • High level of interpersonal, organisational & communication skills • High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning. • Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities. • Experience in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential). • A sense of empathy & compassion for elderly residents & their families.
