Our client is a large ASX Listed integrated service provider with more than 10,000 people across 100 sites in Australia and New Zealand. In partnership, we are supporting in the search for Safety Advisors, responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our workforce in various Western Australia sites. Providing integrated constructions and facility services you will be a key member of the HSE team supporting operations and leadership across all aspects of health & safety. Location: Various sites, WA  (FIFO / Local) 8/6 Roster Salary - $120,000 - $130,000 Packages (Base + Super) Role Description: As the HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and promoting safety, health, and environmental practices within the organization. Working closely with operational teams, you will provide expert advice and support to enhance a culture of safety excellence and care for employees and clients. Key Elements: Coach leaders in safety behaviors and programs to drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Collaborate with operational lead teams to establish and maintain safety plans and programs that involve all employees in safety management. Support business teams and line management in consistently demonstrating required safety behaviors. Drive the identification, assessment, and management of hazards and risks. Assist in incident investigations, ensuring rigorous root cause identification and corrective action closure. Report safety performance statistics and audit scores to Facilities Maintenance Teams' lead teams. Oversee audit compliance to HSEQ Management System and relevant business requirements. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards associated with tasks and statutory responsibilities. Conduct safety training and review environmental management procedures. Develop a clear understanding of client's HSEQ requirements and support sales proposals with safety plans.
