Dive into a day filled with: Providing support to the Centre Manager to ensure the efficient and effective management of the early learning centre. Supporting the Centre Manager and implement programs and partnerships to enhance and support development of Early Years Learning Plans in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework. Supporting the Centre Manager to oversee the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff, which also includes enhancing the children’s educational opportunities through strengthening their social, emotional, intellectual and physical development. Key Requirements Previous experience working in the Early Learning sector; showing progression to more senior roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader or 3IC/2IC roles. Experience supervising or mentoring a team of staff members. Experience in all aspects of educational programming within the Early Years Framework; including the development of Centre’s resources Experience developing and managing staff rosters Previous experience managing recruitment activities, desirable. Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages; proficiency in the use of QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems.
