As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious growth plan, we are currently recruiting for a Buyers Assistant to join our Category team at our Head Office in Preston. About the role
• Do you have a passion for Cosmetic trends or interested in pursuing a career in BUYING? ? We are looking for a person who would like to join the Beauty Buying Team in COSMETICS.- Are you someone who would like to begin a career in Procurement, whose interests are in beauty brands and who wants to work with a dynamic team of people who love Beauty products & the CW Group! This is your time! Day to day responsibilities
• Working with Suppliers on core ranging, promotions and stock allocations/management
• Working with Replenishment team
• Assisting Category Buyer Cosmetics with day to day duties
• Learning to be a future Buyer & will be exposed to negotiation, product strategies and much, much more!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in presentation
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team when required
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and databases including Excel
• High level of initiative and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business
• The successful applicant will also be required to return a satisfactory Criminal History Check._
