Team Responsibilities:   As part of the Project Planning and Corridor Management team, you'll play a vital role in identifying upcoming projects and safeguarding our existing transport corridors. This involves conducting feasibility studies and evaluating proposed works to ensure the continued efficiency and safety of our state transport network.     Work Role Responsibilities: Under the guidance of Senior Engineers, you will: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing insights on traffic operations through written reports and verbal exchanges. Uphold and implement relevant standards, policies, and legislative requirements for road infrastructure design and construction. Contribute to planning studies, evaluating traffic and transport options for upgrades and future network expansion. Assist in optimizing project planning to deliver cost-effective solutions for the region. Analyze and recommend adjustments for third-party works within road corridors, including traffic control permits and utility installations. Provide technical support in traffic engineering, geotechnical, stormwater, and road safety to fellow team members.   Mandatory Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: Currently enrolled in the second or third year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) accredited under the Washington Accord.
