Chandler Macleod are on the lookout for a highly organised, vibrant and proactive Customer Care Representative to join our esteemed client in the Shepparton Region.   In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing phone enquiries with a friendly and professional approach. You’ll be fostering strong relationships with customers and internal teams while ensuring adherence to company policies.   Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, ensuring efficient inquiry resolution. Manage communications regarding ETAs, freight, order status, and product inquiries. Effectively handle customer complaints to maintain a positive experience. Order & Sales Support: Accurately process customer orders and collaborate with the sales team for seamless fulfillment. Provide sales support, addressing specific inquiries and participating in sales meetings. Generate critical reports, including backorder and LTI reports. Technical Support: Address technical queries related to electrical products. Business Administration & Record Management: Execute data entry tasks and manage departmental inboxes. Support business processes, including invoice requests and debtor management. Logistics Management: Oversee fleet operations for efficient utilization and maintenance of company vehicles. Training & Development: Actively participate in team meetings to contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth. Credits & Returns: Manage tasks related to credits, returns, and price adjustments in line with company policies. Marketing & Branding: Collaborate with the marketing department to support local initiatives and maintain brand consistency. Requirements: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. Proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn CRM software. Interest in electrical products or relevant technical support experience is advantageous.
