INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (E-LEARNING) – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT The Star Entertainment Group (TSEG) is a publicly listed company on the ASX. We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.  Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.   As our Instructional Designer, reporting to the Learning and Development Manager of Design & Delivery, you will create and manage innovative E-learning modules by consulting with key business stakeholders to understand their learning and development needs. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be out and about in the business, partnering with specialised experts to truly understand their needs and bring learning solutions to life!  A few of your responsibilities: Instructional design involving interpreting technical, regulatory, legislative or job specific content to design a learning experience that meets learning and business objectives Create storyboards to map the content and illustrate how learning objectives will be met using adult learning principles and contemporary learning models Create innovative e-learning materials and digital development tools using  Articulate 360 and other digital platforms Manage end-to-end design process to ensure training content and learning methodologies are reflective of a compliance-driven culture Take ownership for the quality assurance of e-learn design standards, evaluation of user experience, implementation of improvement and innovation What we will be looking for: Relevant HR tertiary degree and experience in e-learning/ instructional design Demonstrated application of best practice learning methodologies in the design of learning solutions and assessments Skills in Articulate (e-learning authoring tool) to design modules Strong relationship building skills and ability to diagnose stakeholder needs Ability to pivot and change in team environments in a complex and dyanmic organisation About you: You are a professional with knowledge of effective creation of learning modules and can adapt to any business team’s needs. You have a track record in designing compliant training initiatives and know how to influence, inspire and motivate people for continuous learning.
