Conduit between EG & Oporto for the execution of Oporto Operating standards

  • Lead promotions, excellence, operations and safety standards in line with Oporto best practice

As EG grows and embeds our Partnership with Oporto nationally, we have an opportunity for a Brand Manager Oporto to bring to life the Oporto Operations and offer for the EG business ensuring all products and services are aligned to Oporto standards. You will lead the execution of all marketing promotions and partners closely with support functions to enable Brand delivery within EG operating practices.

This role requires contact with our Support Office functions based North Sydney and regular travel to our growing network of stores on the Eastern seaboard.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Lead New Store Openings and operating rhythms for Oporto operations across EG sites.
  • Ensure consistent execution by driving in-store compliance for the Food Service program.
  • Execute product and promotional roll-outs aligned to Oporto Partnership guidelines.
  • Champion a food safety and quality culture, ensuring compliance with all statutory and brand standard requirements.
  • Play a critical role in providing feedback to and from the support office to help further improve our operation.

**What we’re looking for

  • Direct prior experience in Food Service Operations, ideally gained within Oporto operations or Quick Service Restaurants.
  • Strong people leadership capability with a proven track record in achieving results via coaching and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety, labour and other relevant legislation relating to Food Service.
  • Understanding of P&L and ability to drive store performance and growth.
