Mad Mex is on the lookout for energetic people with customer service experience to join the friendly team at our Westfield Tuggerah restaurant location.

About the role :

• You will deliver amazing, authentic and attentive customer service experiences.
• You will prepare delicious burritos, nachos and tacos with care and pride.
• You will help us keep our restaurant safe, clean and welcoming for our guests.
• You will support your teammates by acting with integrity, compassion and respect.

To be considered for this role you will :

• possibly have experience in either hospitality, retail, or QSR operations;

• be excited about delivering awesome levels of customer service , restaurant presentation and food quality :

• possibly have experience with basic food handling;

• understand the basics of food safety and hygiene ;

• have at least a medium level of computer literacy ;

• have high energy and initiative levels;

• have a calm and friendly demeanour;

• be both reliable and flexible to work across a range of shift days and times.
