The organization is living a transformation when it comes to its structure and focus, and we want you to join us in this pivotal moment.In this position you will be a Product Support Specialist for the Light Agriculture & Pacific Business Unit, dedicated to contributing to the productivity and effectiveness of our staff, business partners and end customers on small farms, in plantation forestry and in commercial green space maintenance, executing on the agreed strategy to enhance the brand experience for all stakeholders. Responsible for managing the product quality continuous improvement process you will respond to market feedback in a timely and constructive manner, initiate and manage product improvement projects approved in the Product Improvement Arena and ensure all new product projects managed by the business unit meet brand values and quality expectations. You will also support other functions to improve dealer partner workshop and service strategies with a focus on promoting digital systems, genuine parts, and service for end users. Communication and feedback will be key to build trust and support within our distribution network and with internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to quality issues identified in the business unit markets. For Light Ag CSU product platforms, and together with other BU Technical support teams.As part of the new product Go to Market project team, working with the Light Ag CSU, manage product quality reviews, serviceability, parts stock recommendations, and service checklists on new product projects.Develop specific Quality Assurance recommendations for new product projects including lessons learned.Improve product Service Call Rate, and other quality metrics, data collection and country reporting processes to help identify and prioritize Product Improvement projects.Ensure all service bulletins and other technical documents are up to date and amended to reflect all product changes.Report major technical issues to relevant stake holders to ensure transparency.Coordinate and propose resolutions to technical or performance issues that support our customer focus objectives.Ensure all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of actions and progress on PI Projects.Light Ag & Pacific Business Unit PI Arena ownership and chairperson. Other BU PI Arena participation.Relevant backgroundBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or related area.Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in product and after sales support.Fluent in English (preferably also additional languages).Project management (i.e., initiating, execute and follow-up projects). Location: Huskvarna.
