Great opportunity to work closely with the CEO Join a fantastic close knit team during this exciting growth phase $70,000-$80,000 FTE + super depending on experience Part Time role (3- 4 days) open to Full Time, working close to home in Coburg 3058  Rare opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join a fast paced, supportive team to work closely with their CEO at a time when the company is going through growth. The Company provides logistic solutions for clinical trials. They play a crucial role in the industry and are a licenced "Direct to Patient" Clinical Trials solutions service, supporting the decentralised model of Clinical Trials. They are also a licenced facility for primary & secondary manufacturing, warehousing and global distribution of clinical trials investigational products and supplies. Australia's first Depot and Pharmacy in the one location serving clinical trial's patients and sites in Australia and New Zealand.    Responsibilities: Sales Invoicing (during the month and month end) Allocating Customer Payments Creating New Accounts when needed Posting Invoices Payment of Suppliers - Processing in the system and paying suppliers Creating New Accounts when needed Matching Invoices to PO Reconciling Larger accounts (mainly freight accounts) Reconciling to AR an AP and doing Manual Entries  Checking Bank to make sure no unusual activity Reconciling to Bank Statement Posting Journals for Accountants when necessary Processing payroll Preparing BAS for accountants Preparing Super payments for accounts Preparing PAYG for accountants Run Financial Reports for Accountants Invoicing and Rolling of Periods at Month End   The Benefits: Supportive management team and outstanding team culture  Exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO Great onsite parking Opportunity to work full time if required    The Candidate: Bookkeeping experience High attention to detail Excellent communication skills Payroll experience XERO (desirable) Experience in using an ERP system   We are actively recruiting for this role, so please do not hesitate to  APPLY NOW.
