About the role Reporting to the IT Director – Strategy, Architecture and PMO, this role is instrumental in delivering administrative support and management in Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T).
The primary focus is on supporting DD&T with commercial administrative and coordination support.
Responsibilities include commercial and administrative tasks, tracking budgets, and related elements within DD&T teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Note: We are open to considering full-time or part-time arrangements for this opportunity. * Facilitate monthly budget preparation and financial action plans, including accruals and tracking unbudgeted spending. * Support DD&T budget expenditure through defined commercial processes, including PO creation and invoice management. * Handle DD&T accounting tasks, including journal entries and labour capitalisation. * Assist with DD&T commercial performance management and ensure organisational objectives are met. * Support and coordinate comprehensive contract lifecycle activities, facilitate procurement processes, and swiftly resolve commercial issues to uphold operational continuity. About you We're seeking a dynamic individual with a knack for financial analysis and a solid background in administration, ideally within an IT environment.
Your ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors to achieve financial goals is crucial.
Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability to changing demands, and a keen eye for process improvement. * Demonstrated experience in PO and contract administration. * Proven track record of partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors to achieve financial objectives. * Strong proficiency in tracking, analysing, and interpreting data. * Sound understanding of general accounting standards. * Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capability.
