The role This rare opportunity in our WA market has be available due to the retirement of one of the team. This role will be accountable for providing a strong and influential presence in an assigned portfolio of employers aimed at building and maintaining employer relationships and enhancing the UniSuper brand. With a face-to-face focus and travel required, you will also be responsible for Establishing specific annual Customer Service Plans that respond to current and future employer needs Establishing and maintaining a Relationship Management Plan that engages key employers and appropriate UniSuper staff in a strategic and systematic manner Developing insights and rmend possible strategies forpetitive intelligence gathering marketing research and campaigns and member retention strategies Participating in the data gathering and analysis of patterns and trends and the implementation of improvement projects Overseeing the delivery of UniSuper initiatives/projects at a local level About you A seasoned Superannuation specialist, you will a be self-motivated individual with high personal integrity. The ability to develop trust, drive activity and results and build mutually beneficial relationships will ensure success in this position. We are also seeking, Experience within the superannuation/finance industry where you have been responsible for building and maintaining critical relationships. Experience of both defined benefit and accumulation Superannuation funds is desirable A deep understanding of the concepts of building customer base loyalty and driving business development/sales growth Strong interpersonal skills, particularly listening, empathy and the ability tomunicate persuasively About US We believe that the best way to achieve great things is when wee together and collaborate.
