Key client in the manufacturing industryFast-paced coordinator role within a corporate environment Mixture of reception and administrative duties18 months full time role (maternity cover)Based in DocklandsHere’s a snapshot of your day:Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person/hostAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/emailMaintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception portalPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and scanningPerform other administrative duties as directed by managementOur Ideal Person:Applicants must have a current and valid licence to work in Australia2 years previous experience in a similar role is preferable Strong proficiency in Microsoft office Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organisational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeMust agree to compulsory background checks and drug and alcohol testingWhat's in it for you?
