JOB DESCRIPTION Permanent - Full-time All locations in AU - Hybrid - Senior Manager Our Partnership team supports the annual Partner Evaluation and Income Scheme (PEIS) process, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And we’re looking for a leader to take our team to the next level, as we assist with reporting of Partner related information, technology transitions and programs with the goal of improving the understanding and experience for Partners throughout their lifecycle within our vast community of solvers. As a leader in the Partnership team , you’ll make a real impact in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled. As an expert in communication, you’ll lead a team by working closely on day to day operational, strategic and compliance matters including identification of issues, implementation of suggested improvements and mitigating steps to reduce risk to the business while ensuring a commercial approach. In our Partnership team, you’ll also: Be responsible for the delivery of the annual Partner evaluation and income process by working with the Partnership, Finance and Leadership teams with a focus on data analysis and complex problem solving of Partner related matters and affordability; Oversee junior team members in the broader Partnership team for the delivery of PEIS and other Partner related financial/technology based and ad-hoc projects.  Work with Finance on the financial forecasts and budgets for the Partner cohort, and provide financial support and guidance to the Head of Finance in making sound commercial decisions; Lead and support the digitisation of the partner data warehousing, technology transitions and programs. Have key relationships with Partnership and Partner Finance teams, Business Leaders, People Partners and the Management Leadership Team and Governance Board.  Facilitate partner briefings for new partners to help them understand how PEIS and finance matters operate in the firm More About You The ideal candidate would have some or all of these personal qualities: Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Thrive in a team environment with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy A consistent track record of having a personal commitment to the delivery of high quality work, being accountable for the successful completion of tasks within realistic timeframes Share knowledge and information with others Have a proactive approach with a strong emphasis on anticipating challenges and facilitating resolution, as well as continuous improvement opportunities for better ways of working to drive efficiencies Systems experience required  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following technical attributes: Experience with Excel, Google sheets (specifically excel formulas to enable analysis and drive decision making)  General experience with Microsoft and Google suites  Commercial accounting experience would be helpful but not essential  It’s time to move forward.
