The Quality team is critical to ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality in our various products including all the checks and balances that happen prior to each product release to market. As an FMCG organisation we are a fast paced and busy environment. We have a lot of innovation and hence new products launching all the time and it is our role in Quality to ensure checks and balances are in place to meet the high quality standards our consumers have come to expect. As part of our role in Quality we consistently receive consumer feedback which supports our continuous improvement goals. Reporting to the Quality Manager your primary role will be to work through the consumer feedback, investigating any product concerns and liaising with key stakeholders to uncover any quality risks or opportunities for improvement. You will need to ensure that all your findings are entered into our systems, which is a critical part of our compliance obligations under the therapeutic goods association rules. In this role you will liaise with the Naturopaths that work on our consumer care line. Their role is to liaise directly with the consumers. You will also liaise with Technical Services and Pharmacovigilance, among others, depending on the matter you are investigating at the time. You will work with supportive leadership who will ensure you receive training and ongoing support to be successful in your role. About you You have a positive attitude, enjoy learning and problem solving and, adapt to new systems and processes quickly. Other key criteria that will support your success in this role: Excellent written communication skills essential Qualification, or equivalent experience, in a science related field essential e.g. pharmacology, nutrition and dietetics or life sciences Exposure to a quality management system highly desirable  Must be motivated and organised with great attention to detail Exposure to working in a science related field highly desirable
