Job Summary : Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Configuration Manager and Data Analyst on behalf of our esteemed global Defence & technology client. Our client is a leading provider of advanced technologies and services to the Defence sector - providing innovative solutions and management on nation-critical Defence programs. You will be responsible for the successful modernisation of critical Defence systems, working with a team of collaborative and supportive high performers to deliver a successful project outcome.

  • Analyse data and provide insights into product performance and progress against milestones.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement configuration management plans in accordance with the SAFe methodology.
  • Manage and control changes to the configuration baseline and ensure traceability of changes.
  • Analyse data and provide insights into product performance and progress against milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with development teams to manage and control the configuration items and their changes.
  • Identify and mitigate configuration management risks and issues.
  • Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on configuration management processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • NV1 security clearance or above (must have)
  • 3+ years of experience in configuration management and data analysis in the defence industry (must have)
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework methodology
