Our Human Resource Business Partnering team deliver contemporary Human Resource services to support the workforce needs, through partnering with business areas to achieve valuable and specific outcomes. Our Human Resource Systems and Business Improvement team deliver business requirements that relate to systems and improvements in the context of workflows, processes, information management and reporting. Our Strategic and Workforce Capability team provide a contemporary approach to management and leadership, culture, workforce planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives for our employees who make a difference in the lives of Western Australia's most vulnerable people. Our Learning and Development team lead the design, development, facilitation and evaluation of learning and development programs/courses, materials, and resources to all employees across the state of Western Australian. Our Payroll Services team provide a customer focussed personnel and payroll consultancy services to clients at all levels across Communities, whilst maintaining personnel records, processing payment of salaries/wages, allowances, deductions and benefits using a Human Resources Management Information System.  Our Project Governance, Reporting, Insights & Analytics team lead business intelligence, data analytics and data integrity within the project governance and commissioning activities to shape and inform, strategic decision making across People Division. Our Work Health and Safety team provide advice and support in all aspects of incidents, investigations, injury management and prevention, wellbeing initiatives and audit reporting in conjunction with the research, development and implementation of Communities Work Health and Safety strategic projects. Our Workplace Relations team provide expert advice to employees regarding complex employee issues, industrial relations guidance and structural change consultancy whilst displaying a calm demeanour with the ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes for Communities.
