The Waste Educator/ Community Engagement, role is a lifestyle opportunity offering the right candidate a full-time permanent position in Orange, NSW.   The role will involve regional travel to numerous central NSW towns with tasks including community displays, school presentations, bin inspections and occasional waste auditing / project involvement.   We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.   This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday. The role will include: Coordination and delivery of education presentation to school aged children Coordination and delivery of shopping centre and other community displays Reporting on the interactions and presentations Participating in data collection and behavioural observation projects including bin inspections and waste segregation audits Engagement and liaison with residents and the community at the kerbside / in the community  Our ideal candidate will relish the unique diversity of work tasks and enjoy creating a more sustainable future for their community.
