Role Description We are expanding and looking for amazing people to join our team in 2024. We have multiple opportunities available including leadership opportunities and roles available for new graduates and early career professionals. This is a full-time role for an Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy to clients with physical and cognitive disabilities, while the Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Both roles will involve creating treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. We offer exceptional external clinical supervision services that include weekly support from our experienced supervisors. They have more than 15 years of proven clinical experience across a range of settings, specializing in various areas such as paediatrics, adults, mental health, complex home modifications, AAT, and functional capacity assessments. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Paediatrics experience (both Occupational Therapy & Speech Pathology) Adults experience as a Speech Pathologist Ability to work independently and remotely Valied drivers license Experience with NDIS and aged care funding is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology Registration as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist
